The purchases covered by this notice are AP-Yellow One Component Microwell Substrate (pNPP) with Stabilizing Pellets (US Patent No. 7001717) Due to the emergency nature of these purchases, no formal contract was awarded but PHE's Purchase Order formed the contract.
