1747 -BMS Replacement Project- Campus Wide at De Montfort University, Leicester
Notice Description
The University requires single provider for the provision of Campus Wide BMS Replacement Project. The project comprises of the strip-out and replacement of existing Schneider Continuum BMS controllers and panels located within 17 buildings across the University Campus with new fully automatic Trend DDC controllers and panels. All installations will utilise the existing electrics and wiring. Full integration with Trend outstation network running (web server) IQ Vision software to be included and programmed off-site. The buildings included in the project are as follows: - Campus Centre - Clephan Building - Edith Murphy House - Eric Wood Building - Estates Development Building - Estates Services Building - Hawthorn Building - Hugh Aston Building - John Whitehead Building - Kimberlin Library - Confucius Centre / Collaboratory - Faculty of Technology / Leicester Media School - Bede Island - PACE Building - Portland Building - Queen's Building - The Philip Tasker Building - Trinity House To apply for this tender, you must be a Trend- independent System Integration Partner.
