South Brent Community Housing Scheme. Previously this was released on the basis that it will be split between South Hams District Council and the South Brent Community Land Trust, however, it will now be a scheme for South Hams District Council only. Additional information: APPLICANTS MUST REGISTER AN INTEREST ON THE AUTHORITY'S ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT. ONLY APPLICANTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED AN INTEREST WILL RECEIVE UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS AS TO PROGRESS OF THE PROCUREMENT, RESPONSES TO CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION PERTINENT TO THIS OPPORTUNITY. New users to the system must register first to obtain a user name and password before returning to this opportunity.
