(Based on the works of Ed Schein, Frederick Laloux, Vlatka Hlupic, Peter Senge and Alan Furlong) Agile ways of working are vitally important to the success of the DAS Group, encouraging innovation, collaboration and adaptability to change and this training opportunity provides colleagues the training to: understand and be able to articulate the benefits of an Agile approach to project management be able to operate as a project manager in an Agile environment.
