Notice Description

The Council wishes to procure a contractor to undertake building works to the primary schools described below. These works will form part of the wider Schools Minor Capital Works Programme. The works shall comprise but not be limited to the following: Horniman Primary School Replacement of existing flat roofs including removal and reinstatement of existing roof mounted PV panels. Lucas Vale Primary School Refurbishment of the existing external toilet block including the addition of a new single storey extension. It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service(s) in July 2018
