Senior Care Assistant Rate of Pay: Pay range from PS10.83 up to PS12.69 Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Fountain Court Millpool Way Smethwick B66 4HW Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Temporary until 31 January 2022 Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: Fountain Court is a 16 bedded residential unit for people with dementia. The role includes providing leadership to a small team to provide person centred care, in order to meet individual needs of the service users, and ensure their safety and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of older people, with dementia, effective communication skills and be able to produce clear and accurate records. Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. An enhanced DBS with Adults Barring List Check is required for this role. This post requires mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations.
