Notice Description

This work is to design and deliver a new brand, integrated communications strategy, framework and campaign for T Levels. The new campaign will be launched in September 2019. Contracted agency will act as lead creative agency for the integrated brand communication and engagement framework for T Levels, working with DfE and its delivery bodies to implement the national marketing campaign. This will include: * insight generation * audience analysis - particularly for parents, young people and employers. * brand and creative strategy - for T Levels * portfolio strategy for wider tech ed reform * complete campaign solution - balancing national and regional targeted communications * media strategy development * planning, design and execution of the campaign * model for how the T Level campaign should mature over the roll out period to 2027 (see annex 2) * evaluation strategy and delivery method
