Torbay Council is holding a market engagement event for Registered Provider development partners of Extra Care Housing schemes to discuss: * details of the proposed partnerships; * potential land transfer arrangements; and * the appetite for combined, or separate housing management and care provision contracts. Interested Applicants must contact the Council by email to procurement.team@torbay.gov.uk to secure attendance, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis
