SIMS is a Student Management Information System (MIS) hosted by Capita ESS used in schools and acadamies, maintained by Sheffield City Council (SCC) which fulfils essential school functions. The contract award was agreed for 12 months to enable SCC's continued support of the SIMS system in schools and academies. The award is approved , decision taken by the Officer with the delegated authority
