The University is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for minor civil works, including but not limited to: *Reinforced Concrete Works *Deep Drainage *Services Trenching *Industrial / Commercial Groundworks *Earthworks *Hard and Soft Landscaping *Dropped Kerbs *Swale Maintenance *Road Repairs *Car Park Repairs *Tarmacking *Road Lining *Road and Car Park Maintenance Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
