Notice Description

The Clients have identified a need within their respective organisations that highlights the Clients current HR systems are in need of updating to reflect the needs and practices of the modern workforce. Both Clients have agreed on a core specification for the Human Resource and Payroll Solution along with client specific options which are detailed further on in this document. With this in mind both organisations are collaborating to procure the solution. It is hoped by collaborating on this procurement the Client will achieve their main objectives of procuring a system which is fit for purpose whilst managing a modern workforce, achieving efficiencies relating to the purchase and on-going costs of the solution, having the ability to conduct meaningful analysis of current workflow trends and meeting the desired implantation dates. As well as the above objectives it is hoped that this procurement will help strengthen existing close working relationships and promote further collaborative work between both Client organisations in the future.
