Notice Description
Range safety, planning and management system The UK MOD is conducting market research on systems that use technology to enhance range safety, planning and management. The requirements are the use of technology to: * Enhance range safety, particularly on Live Fire Tactical Training (LFTT). * Aid the planning process by digitising trace production. * Digitise the approvals and authorisation process. * Digitise the day-to-day management of ranges. Other criteria: * Minimal additional equipment given to the firer. * No negative impact on training delivery. If you have a system that fills the description above, please provide a system overview to the UK MOD by contacting alan.lipowski284@mod.gov.uk by 28 January 2022. Please note, the UK MOD is conducting market research; responses will help shape the next steps in this area. We will not provide evaluation or advice on your system based on your response.
