Notice Description

Nottingham City Council and Leicestershire County Council (hereafter 'the Authorities') are seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors (either single or multiple) for the provision of integrated Finance, HR and Payroll software and maintenance services. The Authorities wish to see responses from the market for all potential options for delivery including: ERP or best of breed solutions, cloud or externally hosted etc. For those suppliers who currently offer only one element of the solution (i.e. payroll), it will be necessary for them to partner with other suppliers to provide an entire integrated solution for all our requirements.
