South Yard Phase One East
Notice Description
Mini Competition Part 2 for South Yard Phase One East under the Southern Construction Framework. The requirement for the first phase is to deliver direct development in Area 1 East, currently 2 buildings together with the associated infrastructure, services, hard and soft landscaping. This work is targeted to be completed by October 2017 at an estimated total cost of PS4.98m (excl. client side fees). There is also potential to progress further building development in Area 1 East and other development areas subject to securing further funding.
