The Consultant needs to provide expertise and experience in the following: *An understanding of Hydro Electric Construction schemes, including utilities components. *Sites in rural locations. *Working with NEC4 ECC, including experience of the Project Manager role, Supervisor role and contract dispute resolution. *Work on public sector projects. *A detailed understanding of CDM. *Understanding of public procurement. *An understanding of carbon reduction strategies for similar projects *Chartered civil/structural engineering experience *Chartered mechanical and electrical engineering experience *Chartered cost consultancy experience.
