Subsidence Damage Repairs and decorating
Notice Description
The Coal Authority invites you to tender for the provision of Subsidence Damage Repairs and Decorating within the following regions; * Region 1 - Scotland East & West * Region 2 - Northumberland, Durham & Cumbria * Region 3 - North & West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire (Barnsley, Sheffield, Rotherham & Doncaster) * Region 4 - Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Shropshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire * Region 5 - North & South Wales, Pembrokeshire, North Gloucestershire (Forest of Dean), Cheshire &Lancashire The works will primarily consist of undertaking repairs and decorations to domestic properties through the regions specified. All works will follow an agreed schedule of repairs and decorations that may be varied by agreement with the Authority. The repairs and decorations will entail working with residents to minimise disruption to their property but ensuring that a high standard of repairs and decorations are undertaken. Under normal circumstances residents will remain in residence whilst repairs are undertaken. Repairs may also be undertaken to non-domestic properties such as factories, offices, etc. to the same standard. Repairs will be carried out to buildings, roads and any other structures damaged due to coal mining subsidence. Typical works to be undertaken will involve underpinning, demolition, temporary propping, structural repairs, roofing, brick & blockwork, external / internal refurbishments - paving / glazing / electrical / plumbing / plastering / decorating. The Agreement is non-exclusive, and specific Work Package requirements will be awarded on an as and when required basis. The Coal Authority is unable to guarantee the volume and value of allocated work. Tenderers may submit a bid for all regions or the region(s) of their choice and may also price for one lot or both lots. Tenderers are required to submit a percentage adjustment against the entire schedule of rates within the chosen lot to be deemed a compliant bid. * Lot 1 - Subsidence Damage Repairs * Lot 2 - Decorating For further details please register to access the complete suite of tender documents by following the details provided in section 5 additional information. System opens up initial registration page, supplier completes and submits. 5. System issues registration email to supplier with link to activate account. 6. Supplier clicks on activation link from email - system states account activated. (Go to Sign in button available). 7. Supplier clicks Go to Sign In button. 8. Click on the open opportunities link 9. Click View details. Shows opportunity details with option to login, register. 10. Click on Log in. Enter login details - username and password. 11. Select Join Event. System states that the supplier has been invited and includes option to Visit Event. 12. Click on visit event and system takes them through to the event in full.
