St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the resurfacing and other works to the existing Westminster Lodge Athletics Track, Holywell Hill, St. Albans AL1 2DL. The deadline for submission is 13:00 on 16th May 2018 Note - tender returns must be submitted in hard copy in accordance with the Instructions for Tender.
