Design & Build (including obtaining Planning Permission for) construction of a small single storey extension to accommodate an Inclusion Room, and a Learning Mentor Room, with a linked corridor to the main school building. Internal alterations to create 2 new classrooms, with a further small single storey extension to act as the entrance lobby to the classrooms. Conversion of existing toilets to pupil toilets. Associated external works and drainage.
