Summary of the contracting process

The British Council is seeking proposals for the "DICE Fellowship Programme, Pakistan: Content Development," aimed at supporting training and capacity building for social and creative enterprise leaders in Pakistan. This tender is currently in the planning stage and is being conducted through an open procurement method. The tender period will close on 6 November 2018, with the contract expected to commence on 13 November 2018 and run for one year. The services fall under the education and training sector, and the relevant delivery addresses include locations across the British Overseas Territories, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses focused on training, social enterprise development, and content creation, particularly those that operate within the creative sectors. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are especially encouraged to participate, given the programme's emphasis on fostering young entrepreneurs and women enterprise leaders. Engaging with this initiative could allow competitors to expand their influence and reach within the Pakistani market, contributing to both local development and their own business growth.

DICE Fellowship Programme, Pakistan: Content Development

Notice Description

DICE Pakistan is launching the DICE Fellowship Programme with a Pakistan-based partner, The School of Leadership Foundation (SOLF), in autumn 2018. The DICE Fellowship Programme will provide opportunities for training, mentoring and networking for more than 600 young entrepreneurs, women enterprise leaders and individual enterprises/organisations within the social and creative domains. The Programme is designed to help creative and social enterprise leaders sustain their businesses and multiply their impact and is based on three components with three phases of learning.
