Notice Description

The City of Liverpool College are going out to tender for a 3 year contract (with the option to extend for one extra year) for the supply and delivery of legal services to the College group, this contract will start on 01/08/2026. The contract will however be subject to review after a 2 year period with an opportunity for a break in the contract to be applied at that time. The expected value of this contract is in the region of PS125,000 inc vat per year. The tender process is to be conducted under the principles of the Light Touch Regime established in the Procurement Act 2023.
