By way of this tender, the Councils will seek to appoint an experienced provider to carry out Information, Diagnostic and Business assessments of such SME's and provide them with specialist advice by way of 1-2-1 support, coaching, masters-classes, seminars and workshops etc. to encourage them to recruit new staff and introduce new products.
