LSTM Group holding company is based in Liverpool, with a number of UK and Overseas subsidiaries. The purpose of this project is to find a supplier to provide Project Management Support for ISSAD 2026. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
