The Council is seeking a suitable contractor capable of undertaking the following works: The removal of the existing roof covering and replacement with new as indicated on the contract drawings and works schedule. The proposed works are being undertaken due to the failure of the roof covering and reaching its end-of-life span. Site visits are permitted and can be arranged by contacting: James Longmate, Senior Building Surveyor at Concertus Design & Property Consultants, telephone: 07999 043 873. Welfare facilities are not available at this site. The contractor is requested to include for this and provide details in their tender submission.
