LEA currently occupies a 6 storey plus basement ex office building in Commercial Road E1. Phase 3 will complete the development, comprising the construction of a double storey height sports and multi-use hall space at 5th and 6th floor levels, requiring the demolition of the existing flat roof and creating a new structural frame, and associated M&E works, plus the fitting out of teaching spaces to the first floor. The target programme runs from late March to Mid September, which includes the summer holidays but with the school operational at other times.
