Notice Description

London Luton Airport Operations Limited LLA is seeking tenders for the grant of a concession for a recognised UK high street branded retail apparel and accessories concept from Unit 6. The concessionaire will be required to fit out the Unit at its own cost, including the installation of sprinklers and air conditioning, if required, to a specification and design to be agreed by LLA. The intended start date of the concession will be 1st February 2018. The concession will be for a term of 5 years. Thank you for taking part in this tender. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
