Notice Description

Worcester City Council is inviting Quotes from Architects, which may be a team of individuals or single person, to undertake landscape design and specification work relating to the public realm and wildlife habitat improvements to an area identified as Worcester Riverside Park in support of its ambition to achieve Green Flag Award status. The Architect will be required to work with Worcester City Council, partners, stakeholders and neighbouring land owners. The Architect will design various concepts based on identified priorities to achieve Green Flag Award status. The Architect will provide materials for the Council to consult with stakeholders and following feedback, prepare a specification on the chosen elements, to include bill of quantities and estimated costs, in support of a report to Committee in February to sign off a subsequent works tender in April 2019. The Council reserves the right not to accept any of the Quotes received. Potential Architects are advised to read the Quote documents carefully to ensure that they are fully familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations to be accepted by them if their Quote is accepted by the Council.
