Ware Priory Boiler

Notice Description

TENDER: REMOVING OLD BOILER, REPLACING WITH NEW BOILER AND MAKING GOOD IN THE BOILER ROOM OF THE PRIORY BUILDING. On behalf of Ware Town Council, I have the pleasure of inviting you to submit a fixed price tender for the installation of a new boiler, of which is stipulated in the detailed specification. I would be grateful if you would indicate your willingness to submit a tender and by the due date, have the necessary resources to carry out the works and provide the documentation requested as part of the tender process. Tenders should be submitted in an envelope marked, " PRIORY BUILDING BOILER REPLACEMENT" and on the enclosed FORM OF TENDER. In addition to this please enclose the following: * Details of your environmental policies and procedures. * Contractors details of Public Liability Insurance cover with the tender papers. * COSHH assessments for all chemical substances to be used while working on the contract. * Method Statements detailing how the various elements of the contracted work will be undertaken Tenders should be returned to my office at Ware Town Council, The Priory, High Street, Ware, SG12 9AL by Noon on 18th September 2020. You should note that tenders shall remain open for two months from this date. Also, that Ware Town Council reserve the right to not accept any or the lowest tender. Additional information: The tender documents will be reviewed by the Council on Monday 21st September, contractors need to be able to meet the implementation timetable installing by the end of October 2020. The option for weekend and evening working is available.
