Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide external maintenance repairs and redecoration works at Town Hall, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1PJ and Hollytrees Museum, Castle Park, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1UG.. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please note that dates stated in the ITT document take preference.
