Notice Description

The Council is seeking the services of a supplier to deliver Architect and Principal Designer Services for the former Bournemouth and Poole College Site, Constitution Hill, Poole, BH14 0LS. The project at these sites is to deliver a mixture of flats (1 and 2 beds) and houses (2 and 3 beds) estimated at over 100 units (between 100 - 150 units in total) in series of semi-detached and terraced houses and multi-story blocks; with associated parking and external works. The estimated build value is PS20M. The appointment of Architect and Principal Designer services will be via a two-stage appointment. Stage one will be the conceptual design, taking the proposals through consultation and the pre planning application stage. Stage two will follow on from the pre planning stage and will involve the detailed design, submission of the planning application and gaining the grant of planning approval. Should the scheme proposals not proceed past the pre planning stage, the Architect will not be appointed for stage two.
