Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to NHS Horizons. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to host a series of facilitated workshops to bring together interested organisations. HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by NHS Horizons as a current supplier for the following reasons: already have the necessary links in orthoptic educational provision and therefore will be able to undertake this work * NHS Horizons is a specialist team within the Improvement Directorate of NHS England and NHS Improvement. * NHS Horizons supports leaders of change, teams, organisations and systems to think differently about large-scale change, improve collaboration, and accelerate change. They work with the health and care system, the wider public sector and publicly funded healthcare systems globally. * NHS Horizon's purpose is to amplify the efforts of others to deliver transformation and large-scale improvement, and to accelerate new change thinking in line with the priorities of the NHS For the Specification, Contract and the Case for Direct Award please access the portal at: https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal. If any provider has concerns with the commissioning intentions outlined within the published documentation, please raise this via the eTendering Portal in the first instance within 30 days of the date of this Prior Information Notice.
