A direct award will be given via ESPO framework, CONSULTANCY SERVICES_2021 Framework 664_21 , Lot 7 Leisure, Culture And Tourism. A direct award is required to retain the services of Max Associates to continue further consultations for Phase 2 of Leisure Review. Consultation services had continued, and a direct award will be given retrospectively due to timeline of works. Therefore, this appointment will be from 11th July to 30th September.
