You are formally invited to submit a pre-selection questionnaire (SQ) tender for the provision of a full Design & Build Construction service in accordance with the JCT Design & Build Contract with client schedule of amendments. For the Phase 2 refurbishment and expansion project at Ernesford Grange & Riverbank School Princethorpe Way, Coventry. Project Value is estimated at PS4,150,000 Additional information: This Selection Questionnaire (SQ) has been designed to assess the suitability of a Supplier to deliver the Authority's contract requirement(s). If you are successful at this stage of the procurement process, you will be selected for the subsequent ITT tender and award stage of the process Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
