Notice Description

Forestry England intend to award a framework contract for civil engineering maintenance and minor works. The framework is divided into 16 geographic lots, with a maximum of 3 Suppliers per lot. Suppliers may bid for any, or all, of the framework lots however they must be able to demonstrate that they have the appropriate capacity and resources to undertake any required works, concurrently, across the selected lots. If you bid for more lots than your capacity permits you must clearly state in your tender the maximum number of lots you wish to be awarded. We will use this information during our evaluation if a bidder has been successful in more lots than their capacity. The final award of lots is at our discretion, based on the offer that represents the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.
