However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. SETSquared is looking to set up a digital investment and fundraising platform to support the ScaleUp programme. The ScaleUp programme is a three-year funded programme with ambitious targets for helping more established companies in the region grow as they move beyond the start-up incubation stage.
