SBS on behalf of NHS England is seeking a reputable lead to progress the outputs and to take over as chair of the NHSE/I PEoLC \ Lexicon Project Working Group (meets monthly). The main output from the project will be to develop a Lexicon for PeOL and coding standards for palliative and end of life care including - diagnosis, symptoms, observations, patient experience measures, complexity of care need, functional status, phase of illness, and care activities, with reference to relevant metrics and their definitions. \ - Please submit all clarification questions by 12pm on Friday 5th January 2021.\ \ Answers to any questions will be provided within 48 business hours. - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA297412.
