Wyre Forest District Council ("the Council") wishes to appoint a Contractor to complete the construction of 9 industrial units at Unity Park, also known as the Former Frenco site, off Silverwoods Way, Kidderminster. The works described comprise the completion of building works of 9 industrial units located at Unity Park off Silverwoods Way.
