While emphasis would be on administrative and technical support, the ideal solution may also be expected to offer support in other areas including but not limited to: * Investigation and resolution of module problems, * Report writing capability, * Upgrade planning and training, and * Knowledge transfer. This agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with one additional optional extension period of 12 months.
