The Council has been successful in a town centre levelling up bid to replace the play equipment at the park and provide a destination, modern play facility that is accessible and inclusive. This was a mini-competition under ESPO Framework 115_21. All Suppliers awarded a place on Lot 2 - Playground Equipment - Larger Authority / Large Projects of the Framework were invited to submit a tender.
