The Terms and Conditions of the Contract apply but with the following amendments: * Uplift in Contract Value - The existing Contract value is PS583,332 (exc. VAT). The Authority proposes to uplift the Contract value by an additional PS291,360 (exc. VAT), this would therefore increase the overall Contract value to a maximum of PS874,692 (exc. VAT). * Inclusion of additional deliverables: Timeframe 1 - Support and facilitate monthly 3*/2* Alliance Transition Steering Group meetings, including preparation of supporting material. Ongoing, monthly per Sprint 2 - Support and facilitate regular Governance & Integration working group meetings, including preparation of supporting material. Ongoing weekly to fortnightly per Sprint 3 - Support MOD's facilitation of regular Commercial & Contracting working group, including preparation of supporting material. Ongoing, monthly per Sprint with weekly update calls 4 - Draft view of the programme assurance process, decision-management and change configuration, illustrated through scenarios Within week 6 5 - Draft mapping of new Alliance roles and responsibilities with existing roles of the Parties and particular posts 6 - Updated working documents in support of Reporting and Change Control for the Project Controls Steerco 7 - Detailed role descriptions for "MD minus 1" posts and document outlining more detailed organisational structure within the Alliance team
