Liverpool City Council Commercial Procurement Unit Contract Number: DN250267 Contract Name: Cunard Training Rooms_1st Floor The Liverpool City Council wish to refurbish/do internal alterations to the training rooms on the 1st Floor of the Cunard Building. The full site address is: Liverpool City Council, 1st floor Cunard Building, Brunswick Street, Liverpool, L3 1QL The full details of the alteration works are contained in the specification for the works & the tender pack. The following key reference documents are to be used for clarification and in particular compliance; * Specification/Pricing document * Drawings * JCT MW Building Contract 2016 * JCT MW Contract 2016_Amendments * PCI Liverpool City Council has sold off its Municipal Building in Dale Street and is in the process of vacating this. LCC now wishes to utilise its other operational buildings, including the Cunard Building, in order to relocate its staff and readdress the shortage of meeting rooms as a result. Failure to vacate the Municipal Building at a defined point in time will leave LCC in breach of contract. Please download the full Application and supporting documents from Procontract. Your company will need to register on Procontract (Due North) to be able to receive the opportunity. The documents will only be available on Procontract (available via the Due North site). Once you have registered you will need to go to the "my opportunities" section on the home page of Procontract and follow the instructions as a supplier to enable you to return your submission.
