For the avoidance of doubt this not a Call for Competition at this stage - a Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Open procurement process is envisaged to follow in due course. The Council are looking to gauge the appetite of investors interested in Cannock Town Centre. Approximate value PS18,000,000.00 The Council are looking to secure a developer who is capable of delivering a leisure-led cinema and eateries redevelopment scheme in Cannock Town Centre. The site is owned by Cannock Chase Council and is a former multi-storey car park. Public investment to aide financial viability maybe required by the Council. Cannock Chase Council would like to hear from interested parties with regard to delivering a leisure led redevelopment scheme in Cannock Town Centre. Market responses to this PIN Notice are requested by no later than 28th June 2019. Additional information: No further procurement documents are available at this time. If interested please contact named representative in section 4 of this notice to indicate your willingness to participate.
