Aldwyck Housing Group Ltd wishes to implement a secure, legally and regulatory compliant and dynamic organisation wide Document Management System (DMS) to address growing issues with current ways of working with documentation. To include BIM, contract life-cycle management (retention, disposal), data cleansing, auditing/reporting & integration with existing Housing Management System. The implementation will impact 500 users ,onsite and mobile working, plus additional third party contractor access. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
