The building is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment, and we hope to PC in September 2021. The appointed contractor will be required to begin installation works immediately after PC. Services required: - Resilient, ultrafast internet connectivity - Pre-installed riser cabling to all tenant floors - Termination point directly adjacent to every tenant demise - Wayleave-free internet connections for each tenant
