Notice Description

Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet is a collection of Grade 1 and Grade 2 Listed building located 4 miles from Sheffield City Centre. The contract is for improving a current car parking area of approximately 530m2 which is currently covered in ballast, and the clearance and surfacing of an area of approximately 220m2 which is currently covered in scrub and vegetation. The contract includes all aspects of this work such as clearance of scrub and unwanted ballast, preparation of site for resurfacing, resurfacing, cutting and edging to integrate with existing surfaces, integration with manholes and service points, edging, lining and marking of spaces and access routes
