The DVLA UX, Research and Design Unit is an in-house team that carries out qualitative and quantitative research as well as a range of other techniques such as usability testing and analytics with DVLA customers. As part of the continues development of the DVLA UX, Research and Design team, the Operations and Customer Service Director has asked us to achieve accreditation as a provider of market research services. In order to achieve accredited status, we would like training that would allow staff to achieve qualifications in market research and analytics.
