Norfolk County Council is seeking a Strategic partner to work with Adult Social Care Front Door and Preventative services through a programme of transformational change focused on the front door and prevention that is sustainable and accountable. The vision for the programme is to give decision makers a forensic and independent analysis of the service to residents to enable us to make informed decisions that will improve outcomes for residents as well as provide value for money. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system.
