Great Yarmouth Borough Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors to provide support to the Housing Management System project. The Council are seeking a technically experienced resource to assist in the early stages of soft market testing, production of a costed business case, detailed technical specification and if approved, supporting the evaluation of the competitive procurement process.
