The ESSP is required to support Defence Munitions with low value procurement, (transactions up to PS50,000.00 ex.VAT), for non recurring requirements that cannot be sourced via any other MOD or Government Contracts or Frameworks. The ESSP has been identified by Defence Munitions Commercial to provide a more streamlined and efficient route to market for low-value, low risk requirements, and to reduce the number of regular transactions via Government Electronic Procurement Card (ePC).
