Notice Description

NEL Healthcare Consulting (NHC), which is part of NEL Commissioning Support Unit (CSU), is a consultancy that works primarily with the NHS. As committed public sector professionals from a range of backgrounds including the NHS, social care and the private and voluntary sectors, we understand our customers' needs and share their mission of improving patient wellbeing, increasing access to safe and effective care and demonstrating value for money. We design and deliver: *End to end transformation, including out of hospital transformation, finance, analytics, provider support, process redesign, primary and secondary care, organisational development and whole system redesign. *Portfolio, programme and project management solutions] *Complex public consultations and major reconfiguration programmes, proactive and reactive communications as well as creative, digital and marketing projects. Healthy London Partnership (HLP) are a partnership of London's NHS, London Councils, Public Health England, Mayor of London, plus other organisations and individuals working together to make London the world's healthiest city. Now operating under one COO, NHC and HLP are working much more closely to maximise impact of the transformation resource available to London's health and care system. Both NHC and HLP (together known as LITA) are keen to explore innovative new ways of bringing new experience and talent into their teams and the NHS which builds upon the in-house resource available to us. We are looking to work with people with both the right skill set and also the right values; people who are now eager to bring these to the NHS. We are therefore inviting quotes from suppliers who can provide resource placements that match our requirements for an initial two-year period. Those persons placed with us will work as part of our wider teams, across a range of diverse projects and will report into the respective project/programme leadership. This will be managed for LITA by NHC but placements may spend time in either or both teams. The contract is for a duration of 2 years and the indicative total contract value for the 2 yeatr period is in the range of PS0:00 to PS210,000. Additional information: The RFQ has been issued through the e-tendering portal (https://procontract.due-north.com). All Bidders wishing to participate must register and exprerss and interrest to access the documentations. Bidders must complete and submit Bids that comply with the requirements set out in the RFQ document. Bidders are required to complete the Bid Response Document (Section F of the RFQ document) and upload it and any attachments as indicated, before the deadline at 12:00 noon on 13 January 2021. Please note that all communications and clarifications must be made using the messaging facility on the e-Tendering Portal (https://procontract.due-north.com).
