The programme is looking to replace end of contract applications and to deliver a holistic IT resourcing system that includes the following functionality: Housing management; Case Management systems; Housing needs system; Asset management system; Field service management system (scheduling); Private housing case management; Job costing solution; Building compliance and information; Digital Services; Data and analytics. The supplier has been chosen following a further competition under Lot 1a of the Crown Commercial Services Data and Application Solutions framework (RM3821).
